Frequently Asked Questions

We work with the majority of medical aid providers. Please call to chat to our team to ensure your provider and plan will cover your desired treatment. Should you have funds available and approved for your dental procedure, we will submit your claim to your medical aid on your behalf.

Our teeth whitening treatment starts from R4800 including VAT. We recomment a full teeth cleaning 2 weeks prior to treatment for optimal result.

Cosmetic treatments focuses on aesthetics and a pleasing, harmounious smile. Cosmetic treatments include whitening discouloured teeth and correcting chipped or crooked teeth with orthodontics, veneers and in some cases implants.

General dentistry is focused on the preventative and functional procedures for any clinical dental problems. General dentistry is the primary car of your oral health, spanning  preventative and restorative dental services such as fillings, cleaning, crowns, implants, bridges and dentures.

Because whitening is seen as a cosmetic procedure and not essential dentistry, medical aids don’t cover whitening, even if you have funds in your medical savings.

The first step would be to book a consultation with us so that we can meet you, discuss your smile aspirations as well as take photographs, x-rays and scans if necessary so that we can get a full digital view of your dental case. From there we will put together a suggested treatment plan and quotation to reach the desired results. On our second consultation we will discuss your options and the way forward.
